Ripple scores one more victory against SEC
According to a recent tweet by defense lawyer James K. Filan, Ripple has scored another small victory by getting an extension of time to respond to the SEC regarding redactions it made during meetings with third parties. The regulator is expected to produce the redacted documents to be assessed by Ripple lawyers today, March 30. Ripple’s legal team will give its response on April 4.

Terra (LUNA) reaches new all-time high amid Bitcoin buying spree

91 percent of U.S. consumers have heard of crypto: survey
Morning Consult, a global decision intelligence company, has recently shared the results of its survey on the topic of crypto awareness. According to what they have found out, 91% of U.S. consumers are familiar with crypto, and 19% of respondents said that they have owned some crypto. However, Morning Consult states that such hot trends as “DeFi” and “Web3” are yet to enter the mainstream; half of U.S. consumers who do not own digital tokens have not heard of the term “NFT,” with 13% of crypto owners being unfamiliar with the latest crypto trend.
